This is the time of year that seems to fly right by. Please stop and take sometime to think about your mom and dad, grandma, grandpa, and yes even those brothers and sisters. Please remember that this season is not about gifts.
Your homework for this weekend is to get active, outside! Find a hill, walk a pet, shovel some drives... Just have fun. Let me know how you got active for a half hour.

Hi Mr.L I got active today for 1 hour and 15 minutes at hockey practice.

Hey Mr.L I had a hockey tornoment this weekwnd we won the C side. I got 5 goals and I hit the crossbar and I hit the post it went in the goalie pulled it out and it did not count.
